The People Building the
AI Trust Infrastructure.

CyberArmor.AI is founder-led and advisor-backed by operators who have built and shipped across security, AI systems, enterprise software, cross-border growth, and large-scale operations. We build working controls, not coverage theater — and the team reflects that standard.

Leadership
Patrick Kelly

Patrick Kelly

Founder — CEO, CTO & CISO

Patrick Kelly is the founder of CyberArmor.AI, where he serves as Chief Executive, Chief Technology, and Chief Information Security Officer. A security leader and hands-on architect with more than a decade across application, product, cloud, data, and AI security in regulated and high-scale environments, he built CyberArmor's AI Trust Infrastructure — including the URL & Context Trust Gate, which evaluates whether content is safe before it becomes AI context. The platform inspects AI activity, enforces policy, protects sensitive data before it is exposed, and preserves decision-level evidence across users, agents, APIs, models, and data.

Before founding CyberArmor, Patrick led security initiatives across Fortune-scale enterprises and modern cloud environments — holding principal and senior application-security architecture roles at Bank of America, United Airlines, Fannie Mae, Berkshire Hathaway, Chubb, and Blackbaud, and solutions-architecture roles at leading security vendors including Contrast Security, Veracode, and ZeroNorth. He has served as CTO and CISO at multiple technology companies and is a named inventor on a U.S. patent.

Patrick is the author of AI Secure Future: A Vision for Safe AI, a recognized innovator — named among the 30 Best Leaders to Watch and Top 100 Innovators & Entrepreneurs — and is currently studying AI and Data Science at Northwestern University. He built CyberArmor from a single conviction: policy must become enforcement, evidence without control is weak, and enterprises cannot wait for a perfect governance program to adopt AI safely.
